ELS lightbars not working properly

Hello!

I recently found a problem with some ELS Vehicles that I have never seen before. The front and backlights work normal but the lightbar looks like this. It would be greate if somebody could help me. I will post a screenshot below.

Usually this is because of the vehicle being SSLA (Siren Setting Limit Adjuster) integrated, but you do not have it installed. Is that particular vehicle 'pack' SSLA integrated?

Yes this pack is SSLA integrated an I also have SSLA installed in my GTA5 main directory but it still does not work. I will link the pack here:
