I have questions 

I'm playing the PC version of GTA5, but the NPCs (even the police) don't react when I shoot a gun. Even with the degree of wanted, the police are just riding in a patrol car and don't move even one millimeter. MOD introduces multiple REDUX (mod graphics), REPLACE vehicles and ADD-ON vehicles. Does anyone know how to fix it?
