Hello i have tried anything at this point, and i am so lost now... does anybody have a fix so i can use enb and quantv with LSPDFR?

Are you crashing when you launch the game? If so, Launch the game Via "PlayGTA5 Or What ever launcher you use. Then when you are loading into the startup screen Open Up "RageHookPlugin" Then It shouldn't crash.
