The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    In this log there is nothing to corroborate a LSPDFR crash. 
    Please try disabling your mods folder temporarily by renaming it to _mods, and seeing if the issue persists. 😄
