RPH Crashing Losing Textures

Featured Replies

In relation to your crash, your game crashed when loading your sheriff2 model. Give that a lookover. It is likely that either you have a bad vehicle, or something you modified, like the vehicles.meta lines associated with the model, is something the game does not like.

In relation to your losing textures, I only really have 2 options for you.

  1. Install a Resource Adjuster.
  2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr and find lspdfr.ini (text/txt file) and change Main.PreloadAllModels to false.

Otherwise, I unfortunately do not know much about graphical issues like texture loss, as I personally never come across it. Someone else, if those do not work, is very welcomed to lend you a hand on that portion 🙂

Thanks for the reply and looking into the issue. I'll definitely give the sheriff2 a look over, it is in Grimes sheriff pack as the Ram 1500 and so far never had any problems with it in game or with AI driving but I will replace it since it is a cause of a crash and could be also slowing the game down.

I've actually had the Resource Adjuster in my game since the last few months and at first it was great and fixed the texture loss I was having but just within the last month or so the problems just started arising again so I was thinking that it could've been out of date but I will have to add it back in as I've been trying different solutions along with making sure all my packs/plugins are up to date. I also have the LSPFR config with preloaded models changed to false.

I've been referring to other solved threads on here so hopefully will find a fix soon. Will update thread once I find the solution.
