Please help, game keeps crashing, and so does lspdfr not load

I dont know why this keeps happening!! game was working for a while but then idk, also the game textures are kinda messed up, i will attach log file. please any help is appreciated.

Hey there,

As for your crash, please increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold in your RAGEPluginHook settings from 6,000 to 60,000.

Could you clarify your other issue?

Hey yes ive done that after reading similar posts. So far i have updated most of the mods, but the plugin is still failing to load and it crashes when i go on duty. also i deleted traffic policer because it said its outdated, is there an alternative? 

 

edit: and my other issue also is that the textures take a while to load sometimes and the game lags a bit, is that an issue on my end or could it do with the mod?

 

also "force duty" doesnt work it just fails and unloads the plugin..
