LSPDFR randomly crashes

Featured Replies

This is typically a random crash, and is the result of a mod trying to use something such as a ped while another plugin was trying to use it, or it simply no longer exists.

I see however you are active in a chase/pursuit when the crash had happened, are you actively chasing a subject, or are you doing another action like arresting? Does this occur for only a specific callout, if so, can you force the callout and try and see if it crashes again? I unfortunately cannot tell which callout you were active on.

If the crash is inconsistent, you do not need to worry and you can continue as you please.

The crash typically happens while in a pursuit, and recently started happening when I added a separate callout plugin.  My guess is the two callout plugins don't get along.  I do have stop the ped installed as well.  The callout plugins are SuperCallouts and SpeedyPursuit.

I would recommend removing Speedy Pursuit as it has been "retired" and issues have been mentioned with it elsewhere. If it still happens after 1 or 2 pursuits, please report back with a new log in case something else has changed.

I actually removed both of those callout plugins and replaced them with the Basic Callouts plugin.  Still had the same random crash issue, but it's truly random.

Also worth mentioning I also have grammar police, ultimate backup, callout interface, and ELS installed

So from playing today, it crashed while I was en route to a call.  After looking over this latest RageHook log I noticed near the bottom something about "CalloutManager."  I do have the callout interface plugin installed but not the Callout Manager, nor do I have any files in my GTA directory with that name.  Any suggestions?

RagePluginHook.log

This one is a completely new error, and has something typically to do with the callout, as there isn't anything you can do in terms of fixing it otherwise, simply because something, in this case a ped or vehicle, ceased to exist. A simple restart of the computer should fix it, as you were playing nearing an hour.

If that does not fix it, try forcing the callout again or another callout from the pack and see if the issue persists. Report to the developer if that's a continuous issue.
