My ELS lights have been bugged all day and I cant figure out how to resolve the issue. 

 

On most of my cars, the headlights, lights on the back, and grill lights work, I am mostly having issues with the top lightbar. 

 

Up until today the lights were working fine, but I must have done something in the files to mess it up.

 

Any advice on what kind of files may be causing this is greatly appreciated. 

 

(The 2nd picture shows the lights normally, while the 1st shows the bugged lights)
