for some reason, I do not display all messages and interactions near the mini-map. here is a screenshot where everything is there:https://imgur.com/a/YQKAf5s but for some reason I don't have it

Are your phone notifications in GTAV disabled, or have the mod to do so? When in game, go to Pause Menu -> Settings -> Notifications -> Phone Alerts and configure this to be on/true.
