You can click "yes" there to open the location of where the RagePluginHook files currently are, and where they are supposed to be. You installed them to the Windows System 32 folder, which is not where you game folder is. Find any files associated with RagePluginHook from the System 32 folder and move them into the other folder, you main game directory.

there is XInput1_4.dll and dinput.dll in System 32 should i delete them or not

If it is in the system32 folder, remove it from there. When you launched it from a shortcut on your desktop presumably, right click on the file and click on Open File Location. If it opens up to the system32 folder, that is incorrect and should be removed from there. If it is installed to the main directory, you should add a shortcut or launch RagePluginHook.exe from the folder itself.

If this does not work, delete any files associated with RagePluginHook on your computer and reinstall it to your main game directory.

Xinput isn't in the system32 folder for myself, so that might be safe to delete. Both of these files should be in the main directory as well, dinput should also be in the system32 folder.
