ELS Lights won't work.

I am quite new to LSPDFR and wanted to get some new police cars for the game. I followed the tutorial Benzo Effect did if that helps. However, when i launched the game the lights already were on, just static and not moving. I could not change them and the only lights that worked was the tail light, which i enabled by pressing 'E' (the default siren/horn button). Is there a fix for this? I tried restarting my pc just in case but that didnt work.

If you installed cars that are ELS make sure that you've placed their respective files (they would be called something along the lines of POLICE, POLICE2, SHERIFF, FBI, etc.) inside the ELS/pack_default folder. If you did, make sure that you have ScriptHookV and ELS 1.05 installed correctly.
