Crackling/Stuttering audio when dispatch plays

To start off this post, I must inform that I am very new to the LSPDFR forums and dont really know what I am doing. If I have posted this in the wrong category or I am missing something obvious, I will be happy to take my question elsewhere for the former and deal with the issue for the latter.

I am having an issue with my game where some sounds/events will trigger a sort of crackling/stuttering episode for all game audio. Usually, this episode last until a few game alt-tabs or a few minutes of playing with nothing happening. I have found that the two biggest causes for these episodes come from any and all messages by the dispatch or any sirens/sounds by the ELS plugin (which I know is not part of LSPDFR).

I am honestly out of ideas to try and have tried everything I could come up with. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Fresh Install
  • Adding plugins one by one to try to isolate the issue
  • Restarting my computer
  • Updating my audio drivers
  • Updating my video drivers
  • Allocating more system resources

This is the list of plugins/mods/models I am running (in the attached video) :

  • LSPDFR 0.4.9
  • EUP (along with EUP Basics and Menu)
  • Realistic Gun Sounds
  • 686 Callouts
  • Callout Interface
  • CompuLite
  • GrammarPolice
  • Immersive Dispatch
  • Prowler Radar
  • Ultimate Backup
  • ARPL Lite
  • StopThePed
  • DamageTrackingFramework (dependency of Deadly Weapons)
  • Other dependencies such as AdvancedHookV, CalloutInterfaceAPI, dinput8.dll, OpenIV, PyroCommon, RAGENativeUI, RawCanvas, ScriptHookV, etc

I am running the Epic Games version of GTA V on a Ryzen 7 3700X, RTX 3070 with 32GB of RAM.

I would be happy to provide any logs, files or additional information to help find a solution to my issue. I have attached a video demonstrating the issue.

Thank you so much for you help
