You likely modified a plugin keybind recently the plugin cannot find, though I am unsure as to which. Please undo any changes, and ensure the correct value is entered for the keybind of the plugin.

 

In the future, please attach your RagePluginHook.log, a text file in your main directory, when you request help for your game instead of posting a screenshot so we can get a full understanding of the issue. 🙂

Thats typically just the game loading slow, because of the amount of mods you have installed, or something of the sort. Though if that is a persisting issue, here are some things you can try.

 

1. Run GTAV/RPH as an administrator. If this fixes that, proceed with the following steps.
   1. Find the GTAV folder from your steam/epic library.
   2. Right click on the folder and click properties.
   3. Go to the security tab and allow all permissions to your user. Special permissions are extra and not needed to fix the issue.
   • You may need to do this with the GTAV.exe file, found in the main directory, and the RagePluginHook.exe file, also found in the main directory.
2. Add your Grand Theft Auto V folder as an exception to your antivirus. Do not ever disable the antivirus fully. Search online, depending on the antivirus you are using to see how to add an exception.

Try removing AttemptedCrimeCallouts. You fixed your previous issue, though your recent reply is a completely new one which is difficult to pinpoint exactly what is causing it. I should be clear though, this is not a crash and you should be able to function just fine, though whichever mod is not loading will not work on your patrol.
