Rage Plugin Permission Problem

Featured Replies

Everytime i launch GTA 5(on an external hard drive as PC ran out of space) and simultaneously run the Rage Plugin (also on the same hard drive in the GTA folder), It takes a while to configure and ends with the text on the rage pop up saying slow system or insufficient permissions. I looked up a few videos which told me to right click the rage plugin file and click on trouble shoot compatibility and then select issue with certain permissions which i did. Following this, it now says that my Rage File is installed in the wrong folder although it happens to be on the same folder as my GTA 5 Game. any advice on how i could resolve this issue?
