The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods and try again. From there, launch the game without RPH. If that loads, launch the game with RPH. If neither of these work, verify the integrity of your game files through Steam. I am unsure of what you have tried otherwise. If the game loads with your mods folder renamed, there is an issue with a mod you have recently installed.

 

Tente renomear sua pasta mods para _mods e tente novamente. A partir daí, inicie o jogo sem RPH. Se isso carregar, inicie o jogo com RPH. Se nada disso funcionar, verifique a integridade dos arquivos do jogo através do Steam. Não tenho certeza do que você tentou de outra forma. Se o jogo carregar com a pasta mods renomeada, há um problema com um mod que você instalou recentemente.
