When launching RPH, hold in left shift, wait for the settings to show, and change the threshold timeout to 60000. You set it to 6000. If that doesn't work, reinstall LSPDFR using the manual install.

    it still gets stuck on the loading screen its weird i can load in to singleplayer just fine without loading RPH

    Please attach a new RagePluginHook.log as you did when creating this post, as well as a screenshot of the main directory. Also try launching the game without RPH, does the same thing happen? Does it load all the way?

     

    Rename your scripts folder to _scripts as well.

    yes i can load into story mode fine without RPH
