everytime i select a loadout and go on duty, it removes every other thing except for the pistol, stungun and flashlight. how do i fix  this?

the mods i have installed are ultimate backup, stoptheped, grammar police, compulite, and axon signal

    Disable the Realistic Weapons System in stop the peds menu (G). Having this enabled will only allow you to have the Pistol, Stungun, and Flashlight without needing to go to a vehicle to obtain the Rifle or Shotgun.
