Rage Plugin Hook Missing files

Spoiler

Hi there,

I am new to lsdfr and was wondering if anyone could help me with an issue, I am having with my lsdfr and rage plugin hook. The issue is that when I go to fire up my rph, it comes up with an error message saying that I am missing "one or more C++ Microsoft Visual Studios files". I have looked through the forums on this website about the issue and have tried all the links and methods that both rage give you, when that windows appears on start-up, in the forums on the website and in YouTube videos. Furthermore, I have uninstalled and reinstalled my gta 5 and lsdpfr twice, but I consistently keep getting the same issue. Also, I need to note that I am running off of a MacBook pro on the parallel windows platform and it uses windows 11 don't know if this has anything do with this though. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
