When I change .ini files there still the same keybinds as before Plz Help

I have a few plugins but the .ini keybinds changes wont change in de game

 

the biggest problem I have with it is: I have a plugin called Crouch But It wont change to the LShiftKey. If I changed it in the file. and because I play alot of Minecraft I Use Ctrl to Run and Shift to Crouch. But the crouch plugin uses LCtrlKey.
