So I installed a police pack named Los Santos Police Mega-Pack [ELS] 1.3 by a user called Jedahdiah. I used the marked 18 charger changed it to police3 it , then I used the Marked ford taurus and renamed it police2 and then I wanted the Ford explorer renamed it police1. Renamed all the ELS correctly and run the game the charger and the fordtaurus worked but the ford explorer spawned as the default police cruiser. I tried another vehicled like the Crown vic and It still didnt work. I used diffrent patchdays for the Charger and the Taurus i used 27th for the Taurus I tried the 28th and  the 9th. I dont want to delete the mods folder again. Any help would be apreciated. When I get home I will try using another pack but I dont think it will work. All of the other vehicles work any idea what would help?

You should install it into the latest patchday, or you can try Patchday22 (this is the one I personally use and it works). Also ensure you are renaming all the correct files in the right formats in which they came in.
