Could anyone help me on how to install the 2017 CHP pack thehurk as addons

Featured Replies

Recently got into modding my game and I wish to make these CHP cars into  addons so they don't take up the main police slots cause I wanna end up having 3 different car packs (City, highway, County) but the CHP pack files look different from your normal addon pack files and the "Readme" file is simply a copy and paste from his CHP pack which aren't addons. it basically gives me a OIV file but I've never worked with those before. https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/14852-2017-california-highway-patrol-mega-pack-els/
