So I just tried to install LCPDFR for GTA4 the complete edition and things went so wrong that I am now currently reinstalling a fresh copy of GTA 4 on steam I need someone to help me with installing this mod because most YouTube videos are either outdated or they just don’t relate to the topic, help would be appreciated.

Also I just ran diagnostics and it is saying that LCPDFR module is outdated what does this mean.
