When you edited the regions.xml, you did this:

<Vehicles>
[addon vehicles you added]
</Vehicle>
You're missing an S, this stuff is very sensitive! make sure to check everything

keeps crashing

so after the crash i opened rage plugin console and it says me again to go to line 41 in costum regions which is the line where is </Vehicles>

this one has different reasson for crash

i fixed it,the problem was that for one vehicle i forgot to put > at end

yeah it's very sensitive, no typos allowed
make sure to review everything
