I'm on vanilla LSPDFR, and whenever other cops are used for backup, they try to takedown the suspect at the same time as me, causing the suspect to glitch out in a loop everytime I try and cuff or use takedown. If I let the cop do it themself, they just stand there with the suspect, and nothing happens. Even if a transport is called, the cop just stands there and doesn't move. If I drive away they despawn but its very annoying for role play purposes.
