Heavy stuttering makes the game unplayable, please help

Hi everyone,

I have a lot of stutters and lag when i play LSPDFR and i may have found out the reason behind the first ones: background radio chatter, calls and comms in general when inside police vehicles.

I noticed these kind of 2/3 seconds freezes don't happen when on foot or on other vehicles, but only when inside police ones

Those don't happen always, sometimes there are calls or radio chatter (i'm talking about those radio dialogues you hear whenever inside a police car, those radio chatters that once in a while you can hear in the background while in your vehicle) that don't trigger anything, but most of the times (especially just before a radio background chatter starts), i get this extremely annoying stuttering, that turns the game into a state of unplayable and gives me headache, especially during a pursuit or when driving at high speed.

And in these radio chatter stuttering cases, as soon as the stutter ends a police communication starts.

I noticed i got stutter also when i ask on the radio to check number plates, and as soon as the police woman starts spelling, i get little freezes, for - every - single - letter she spells.

Is there a way to fix this huge stuttery issue? May it be a disk problem? May it be that i got GTA V with LSPDFR installed on my HDD instead of my SSD?

I used to have very similar issues with other games too, and as soon as i played them on my SSD the stuttering problem disappeard, but since i heavily modded LSPDFR i'm not sure anymore if that's a driver problem or some other thing messing it up.

Btw, when playing vanilla GTA V or LSPDFR without getting on duty i don't have any stutter, plus the game is waaay smoother and with less lag than when everything is running
