Why did my Lcpdfr start crashing after I downloaded a mod?

I downloaded Lcpdfr not too long ago and I just downloaded a mod (Ultimate Backup) A couple hours ago and Everytime i press B (the backup button) it freezes and says Lspd First Response.dll has crashed and it lets me keep the uniform and lets me drive in my shop but when i need backup or my phone, it doesn't allow me and even though it says I'm on duty, I'm really not. I have no access to anything that you would have on duty.

 

 How do I fix it?

                                    (Im not sure if this helps but i got ultimate backup from a different website.)

    Put RageNativeUI.dll and .xml into your root GTA V folder.
