Just wanted to say a quick hello. Been watching a few YouTube videos of the mod and it looks awesome. I am now buying GTA IV via steam. I assume LCPD:FR will work with what they call the "complete edition"?

Also as I'm using IDM as my download manager its not letting me download the file.
