I reinstalled els,i tryed other packs,reinstalling asi loader and nothing helped

every pack come with VCF and i put it in ELS folder but when i try vehicle in game it doesnt have els is just normal non els car

i can only press E for siren and nothing else,and also yes i put vehicle meta and handling
