Random ped fights

When on duty, time to time, I encounter random ped fights, eg 2 peds coming out of a vehicle and charging each other, or several peds engaging in fight, sometimes with weapons. I suspected some callout plugin to do that, but when use CleanUp in RPH console, this does nothing, only CleanWorld eliminates these peds.

 

Anyone has any idea how to turn these off?

    This could be some sort of ambient event, included in one of the plugins you have downloaded.

    I would recommend loading up your game until you experience this issue. Then, attach your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory.
