I have asked similar before but these are different. What are some things I MUST do to be able to upload something? I don't think I'm allowed to just put peoples stuff on a car and give credit and all. This is my first rodeo so I don't know much... Any advice is surely welcomed :D Thanks for reading!

If you are using parts that people have released intended for other people to use (ie, they're in a development resources section) then all you have to do is credit them and anyone that they have credited (all contributing authors to that part).

If you are using parts that have not been specifically released for other people to use you have to seek permission from the original authors, as well as credit them and all contributing authors.

The same applies with textures. If they have been released with the author explicitly allowing other people to edit and re-upload them, all you need to do is credit them. If the textures or any part of them have not been released with such permission given for anyone else to edit and re-upload them, you should contact the author and seek permission.

You should always

1) Have permission to edit and distribute whatever content you are uploading (either explicitly through you contacting the author or a generally when things are released as development resources)

2) Give credit to all contributing authors of any material you use that is not yours.
