Unhandled Exception When Using Command "Force-Duty"

Hello. I'm having trouble with going on/off duty in LSPDFR. When typing in and entering "Force-Duty" on Rage Plugin Hook console an error message appears saying "unhandled exception when using command." this may be a common error/problem that can be solved but I'm unsure of what, and how, to fix the issue. I can load into LSPDFR successfully, but whenever typing, and entering, "Force-Duty" it does not work. Help?
