Slightly off the topic of the mod. 

 

I've posted another discussion about a dispatch voice that I labelled Dispatch Voice? 2023. I'm trying to locate the mod that changes or adds to the default dispatch voice.  I've seen/heard it on some youtubers videos. I've linked two videos that and given the times when you hear this "newer" voice. 

 

By any chance could you take a look you might recognise the mod being used? Its on GTA V Discussions and Media forum.
