Game launchs fine without rage

Game crashes with rage

Rage settings have been set to 60000 time out and to not load plugins

I've tried launching the game normally and then starting rage and it always crashes right when it says "Hooking Game Instance"

I literally have no plugins installed, just LSPDFR. I tried the auto install. that didn't work, I completely deleted gta and reinstalled it and did the manual install. still having this stupid RPH crash.

 

I just want to play some LSPDFR.. Why's this crap causing me problems??
