At this point i have searched for solutions for like 2 hours, nothing seems to help, so i hope someone here can.

 

The game boots up fine for me, but i can't get stop the ped to work. It just doesn't pop up for me.

    In your log you are experiencing a crash interrupting LSPDFR (and LSPDFR plugins) from loading.

    You are missing DamageTrackerLib which is required for Deadly Weapons, and found within the download.
