I tried to play the game on multiplayer but kept getting kicked cause my computer was too slow. So I bought the Pc Tools Software to cleanup my PC. After about 9 hours of cleaning and defraging I tried to play the game and it stated error unable to start.....re-boot system or reinstall game so I started fresh and re installed the game....somepolice car skins and the trainer but when I start up the game using Razor Game Booster, the game will not start up after the social club screen. Any IDEAS? No error messages are displayed. Its like it wants to start up but cant.

Did you even need to clean your PC in the first place? What is your Processor and Graphics card? How much RAM does your computer hold?

What settings did you used to play on? When in multiplayer, sometimes it is best to lower the settings that way you are able to play the game at a faster speed. Having settings on high while in multiplayer may have been the cause of your computer originally being too slow. What is the speed of your bandwidth and what service provider do you have?

Did you reinstall LCPDFR and GTA IV correctly? Did you choose dsound.dll?

What is Razor Game Booster?

Currently, I don't know what is wrong but I feel that there was no need to clean your PC or reinstall the game in the first place.
