The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have tried multiple times to add these skins and vehicles to the lspdfr mod pack but have been unsuccessful any help is appreciated.

    You gotta link the "skins and vehicles" that you are trying to install, Whats exactly the problem? game crashing when installing them? or do they not pop up in game? you gotta be specific with your issue

    They aren’t popping up in game. This is the first I’ve ever attempted to mod a game so I watched a video on how to even get LSPDFR to work but I’ve had no luck in finding anything on how to get these to work.

    Please send a screenshot of the entire window where you installed those replacement vehicles, keep in mind you need OPENIV to install mods
