i've updated my gta V and suddenly my gta V keep crashing cause the script hook V aren't the newest and when i download the newest version it just doesn't work any suggestions? 

You have to wait until LSPDFR/RAGE and Script hook to update. Typically it takes 5-6 days for all to update. I would suggest going forward so that you dont have to wait for the updates is make backup folder for your "GTA select, GTA V, GTA language and Play GTA" Do so, by copying all 4 from your GTA directory, and pasting it to a new folder on your desktop labeled whatever the game version is 2824, 2802. This way when GTA V updates, you FIRST make a new folder for the new update ie 2845 on your desktop, copy and paste all 4 files into that folder. Then drag the older version files from 2824 or 2802 folder into your GTA v directory into the buffer zone ensuring you're not hovered over any files.
