Rage not fully downloaded

Hi all . Rage is working up to the point of loading then tells me there is a missing part to rage . Try to download and it tellse error 404 page unavailable. Any advice to a complete newbie

Hey there,

It would be helpful if you screenshot said error.

But based on what you've told me, I can assume it is referencing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010.
