Any way to slow down unholstering on NPCs?

Are there any mods/plugins that slow down/add an unholstering animation to NPCs?

 

Because the lack of an animation for NPCs is really annoying, especially since I play with the Deadly Weapons mod, and I'm tired of getting 1-tapped by some crackhead who telekinetically teleported his gun into his hand while I'm still taking my gun out of my holster.
