GTA V crashes on start

I attached latest logs in (RagePluginHook_13022023_235427.log D:\steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Logs ). Basiclly my GTA V crashes on startup (even If I just run GTAV no Rage Plugin Hook). Thanks for any help... btw I tried renaming mods folder into _mods and removing dinput8.dll and still crashes.

Okay I just found out that 1 mod wasn't working properly and was crashing my game so everyone that have problems with crashing I have one "tip" for you... If you are downloading a lot of mods do it separately like in "groups"... Lets say you have 30 plugins/mods, first download all essentials mods like ScriptHookV, LSPDFR and all other essential mods then make idk like lets say 3 groups of 10 but I recommend more groups with less mods because Its easier to find mod that is causing crashes. and slowly download mods and open game as you download mods. I recommend downloading mods you really want first. And just remove mods that are causing crashes and thats it.
