New to LSPDFR -- crashing at startup

Hi! I've recently found LSPDFR and excited to try it, but I can't seem to get the plugin to install. I am not very savvy when it comes to PC talk, but have tried to fumble through numerous videos to troubleshoot and have finally arrived here to see if I might be able to get some help.

 

I am trying to play the game with the plug-in using the Steam-installed version of GTA V. I've included (I think?) the most recent crash log. Any help would be valuable at this point. I have never tried to use any mods or anything for GTA V, and the only thing in any plugin folder are "LSPD First Response.dll" and "LSPD First Response.pdb". I've included a screenshot of my main GTA V folder.

 

I did have success in installing and startup of the game and have tried both with and without the plugin loading on startup. Both have resulted in a a little ribbon popping up on the left side of the game screen with the "LSPD First Response.dll" has crashed and not loaded and there is a little upside down yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it.
