Hey there!

You are crashing because you are missing 'Koma.Extensions' which is required for Chill Callouts and included in the download.

However, lots of your plugins are old - including Chill Callouts which requires Traffic Policer (even older). As such, I would recommend the below:

 

These plugins are outdated and not updated for recent LSPDFR versions.

When plugins aren't updated for the latest versions of LSPDFR, they may begin to cause issues.

For the smoothest experience, I recommend their removal.
