Rockstar Editor loading infinitely

I'm trying to take some pictures in Rockstar Editor of some of my LSPDFR scenes, but it's just loading infinitely. It's been "preparing" a 3 second clip for 5 minutes now. I've only got the DLS and BackWeapons plugins running so the lighting and firearms are displayed properly in the game.

Does anyone know what could be causing the issue? Is there a way to fix it?
