Looking for non ELS and non fivem tow trucks can't seem to find any

I need some help been looking for tow trucks to replace the in-game tow truck but all the tow trucks are either ELS/FiveM based are there any tow truck mods that are non ELS/FiveM cause I don't do online anymore and I never did FiveM and I haven't used ELS in quite some time do to my gaming PC is about to be 9 yrs old and its not running good as it used to so any help be great thanks and god bless.

    well I am sorry I just don't know how to install FiveM vehicles cause it don't show the vehicle files in the main folder after download and its confusing
