Hello everyone,

I want to play to LCPDFR with ELS. Without ELS.ini and ELS.asi, the LCPDFR work but with to of these file, LCPDFR don't want to start.

 

Can someone have a solution to fix this ?

 

I play with the complete edition of GTA 4 on Steam
