RAGE crash

Hello everyone, as the title suggests, i am having a rage plugin crash. I have removed my mods folder and plugins folder, and it seems to make no difference what I do. I have also reinstalled rage. I will attach the crash report here, but it doesn't show much at all.

game launches without rage, rage with no mods or plugins crashes. If anyone could help that would be appreciated.

From the rockstar launcher log. Verified files and nothing is fixing it.
