RPH crashing on startup

When I start up RPH and it starts injecting into GTA it crashes, my treshhold is on 60K and I start up in forced windowed mode

I got it to load. I went into OPEN iV, mods, update, update.rpf, common, data. Move the gameconfig to your desktop then delete it in the open iv. Then move it back from your desktop into open iv. This makes the game thing its new. My added police vehicles are gone but it loads up. Make sure LSPDFR, RPH and Script is updated

I fixed this by installing heapadjuster, custom gameconfig and packfilelimitadjuster.
