LSPDFR Crashed After 18 Minutes

Most recently, everything has been going quite well with minimum crashing, but for some reason today, the game crashed after only 18 minutes.

 

I've noticed that the game usually crashes when I'm arresting suspects who were in a vehicle and shooting back at the police cars. 

 

I'm not quite sure what the problem is, so if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

 

I have also attached the most recent RagePluginHook.log, in case someone would like to take a look
