game crashing after installing addon cars

Earlier I installed addon cars for my lspdfr and after I got done and started up my game a few seconds into startup my gta/rage crashed. I have gameconfig, heapadjuster, and packfile limit adjuster installed so I am pretty confused at what's causing this especially since I'm pretty new to modding. I also made sure my addon packs were being put into the right places, so I don't believe I messed up anywhere as far as installing to the right places unless there was a mistake in a readme. Help would really be appreciated since I truly have no idea how to fix this besides just deleting them all and reinstalling one by one. I would prefer the deleting option as a last resort. I hope the log and crashreport will be useful.
