I don't know if there has ever been a post like this. What I will search and find a solution for is that I have an extra car and a custom jurisdiction. I've edited the Park Rangers' areas and zones for Paleto Bay, but I've noticed that Paleto Forest and Chiliad Wilderness don't have Paleto Bay patrols, only State Police vehicles. And I did the same edit in Sandy Shores and Grapeseed and it worked. It is patrolled by my custom Sandy Shores Police Department. I tried several solutions but the Paleto and Chiliad Wilderness have no patrol or spawn. I have attached all my edited files. (Hopefully not breaking any community rules) I'm sorry my language is not very good.
